Monday Morning Movement - 60 minutes

 

Kick off your week with a 60 minute blend of strength building Vinyasa, Hatha flow, moving into Restorative Yoga, and finishing off with a sweet sound filled savasana. Absorb the healing vibrations of the singing bowls as you reap the benefits of movement, breath work, and stillness. All levels welcome. 

 

Mondays 9:15 - 10:15am

 

18$ per person or $150 for a 10 class pass

 

Slow Flow and Sound - 60 minutes

 

A modern-day movement with lineage inspired teachings. This class starts with slow flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused. Restorative poses, passive stretches, are held for anywhere from 3 to 10 full rounds of breathe, to help prepare the body for stillness by releasing deep-rooted tension.  The last 10 to 15 minutes of the class will consist of Sound Therapy and Meditation and/or Yoga Nidra, the practice of stillness, that connects us to the true essence of Yoga.

 

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:15 to 10:15am 

 

Cost - $18 per person  (or purchase a 10 class pass for $150)
