Gili Island Yoga Retreat

Starr Light Yoga Classes
Heather teaches a variety of group classes in numerous locations in Dunsborough, Yallingup and Busselton. Heather also teaches various private classes, both one-on-one and for groups, such as special occasions, staff/corporate wellness, or for those who prefer to have yoga come to them at home or their accomodation. Heather is the resident yoga teacher for both Yallingup Lodge and the Holistic Hen. And she is the Founder and Director of the South West Yoga Fest.

I have been attending Heather’s pregnancy yoga class for the last six weeks and I absolutely love it! Heather is extremely knowledgeable and has such an engaging manner.

I always look forward to my weekly yoga class with Heather. At the end of each session I ‘float’ out feeling relaxed and happy knowing that her well planned routines have helped me to maintain flexibility and muscle tone.
My daughter has been using the breathing techniques she learnt in yoga class to get to sleep at night. I was so impressed by what Heather taught her and how much it helped her. We have done essential oils and kids meditation at night on spotty, but Heather's technique can be taken anywhere and worked the quickest.
Heather does a fantastic job of tailoring her yoga classes to the group she is teaching. My daughter loves the kids yoga class and is so proud of all of the new poses she has learned. I have really enjoyed the pregnancy yoga class and the mums and bubs yoga. Both classes have been great in helping with stretching, maintaining good posture, breathing and relaxing. All of which has been a great help with a growing family. I highly recommend Heathers yoga classes.
